When I read the book I crushed over Soda, but when I watched the movie I was in love with Dally. Oh Dally, we could have run away together.

I would say my crush would be Johnny.Ralph Macchio is gorgeous!It broke my heart when Johnny died.
shareWhen I read the book it was Soda I was in love with. I was ecstatic with the casting of that role - Rob Lowe was perfect as Soda.
Watching the film now it's Matt Dillon who steals the show.
I was always disappointed with the casting of Ponyboy. Generally though, the choices of the actors was inspired.
