Since Bo, Luke, Daisy, Coy, and Vance are first cousins of each other, can we then assume that Jesse had at least five brothers?

Uncle Jesse's generation had much larger families than we do today.

I don't think it was ever said they were first cousins. Also Jesse may not actually be their "uncle". Could be another type of relative and they call him "uncle" as a sign of respect. I have a 90 year-old second cousin-once removed who I've called Uncle my whole life. He is almost 50 years older than me.
