as i grew up trying to enjoy my dragonball Z, pokemon, digimon, etc etc. Every christmas for some reason on YTV, the only decent all kids channel we had, all regular programming would end. and instead it would just be repeats of this, a christmas story, and afew others

shareTo each their own. I like this but I never watched it on TV. Mainly on VHS and DVD. Same with A Christmas Story. I haven't watched regular TV in years. Can't get any channels except ABC and the religious stations. I also refuse to get cable/Satelite/Direct TV.

Charlie Brown Christmas is a special we have to watch every year. It's got a timeless charm and message that will never diminsh.

Yeah. It sounds more like it was ruined for the TC because it was on that TV channel so much. I have a friend who got tired of Home Alone for the same reason.

If you have internet, you can get several TV streaming platforms free like Pluto and FreeTV. They don't offer live channels AFAIK and I don't know if they offer those particular Christmas specials, but there's a lot of stuff free if you put those apps on a Firestick or other streaming device.
