Antonius Dlock plays chess with Death.
I am a pretty good stickball player,,I would challenge Death to stickball

Oh, sure, I'm sure most of us would love to delay it, and maybe a friendly game with Death would be an interesting way to do it.

But I would not go in with the delusion of beating him.

I myself would challenge Death to A Game of Thrones. When you play the Game of Thrones you win or you die. There is no middle ground.
