Which of the four versions are the best?

As silly as this sounds, I'd still like to know what people have to say over the matter of the original and and it's three remakes. Who likes which the most? I'm gonna say this one, the original.

You can not see through The Tunnel Of Doom.

The original is far superior. It just has a much more creeper air to it.

1. Invasion of the Body Snatchers '56/78 (They're both perfect. Why pick between them when they're both almost equally good? Kevin McCarthy and Donald Sutherland both are excellent, though I do love the supporting cast coup of Jeff Goldblum, Leonard Nimoy, Brooke Adams, Veronica Cartwright, and Art Hindle. Plus, Kevin McCarthy's cameo is the best use of an original star cameo in any remake, IMO.

2. Body Snatchers. Not as good as the others, but features good work from Terry Kinney, Forrest Whitaker, and R. Lee Ermey.

3. Invasion. It's alright, but not great.

I love to love my Lisa.

best to worst - invasion 78, invasion 2007, invasion 93, invasion 56

This film and the 1978 version. The ending of the 1978 one terrifies me so much sometimes I turn it off just before that last scene, it's chilling.

1956, all the way.

The 1978 version was laughable at best.

This and the 1978 remake are equal to me. I really can't decide which I like better.

And yet nobody ever mentions The Faculty, essentially a remake set in high school which pushes the idea of conformist vrs nonconformist.
