If he's already had it and tested positive why is Navratilova so keen for him to get vaccinated?

Exactly. They've said he must be deported as he's a threat to public health but that's garbage. He's no more or no less a threat than anyone else who's vaccinated.
e.g. Nick Kyrgios tested positive the other day despite being vaccinated.
It's all basically a necessary side show to give the Aussie public someone to get angry with - other than the politicians who kept them in OTT lockdowns, so they could defeat covid by having everyone vaccinated. Only problem is that being vaccinated makes no difference to being able to catch it again and again and to spread it onwards.
Djokovic - although clearly a moron - is being served up as a scapegoat for the virus not playing ball.
Djokovic should just drop it, he's already got something like 9 trophies plus the Australian Open isn't a big deal anymore anyway.

I doubt Djokovic will ever grace his presence in Australia ever again.
I respect Martina for what she has done on the tennis court, but this battle extends far beyond the tennis court and I don't think Martina quite grasps what this battle is really all about and who the players are. Novak clearly understands, and that is why I am on his side regarding this issue.
No mention of her fellow female Chezh player that was humiliated and deported? Typical leftie. All she cares about is a narrative.
