Question

For those who strongly believe in AGW, what are you doing about it? That is, what lifestyle changes have you made to lessen your carbon footprint?

I'm an AGW skeptic (not denier) and I drive less and have reduced my usage of electricity.

What are you doing?

reply

I am a DENIER.

I'm taking a shower once every solstice, whether I need it or not.

I bought a Subaru. Job done.

I fly on my private jet to 10 star hotels in Europe for weekends with friends who fly in on their private jets and we enjoy weekends of 25 star meals. We sit around and pat each other on the back for telling other people how to live their lives.

I’m supporting green energy by using solar panels, eating less meat and buying less plastic! It’s nice that these things are better for my wallet too!

Every time I get charged for a plastic bag, I go home and pour 1 ounce of used motor oil onto the grass. I am up to about 8 gallons of oil straight to Mother Earth's bag hating head now. But it's OK. I buy some carbon credits to make up for the impact on the water table. That makes up for everything right?

BTW, at what point do we declare victory over the climate? When it stops heating up? When it stops cooling down? When it stays the same for eleven years (11, not 10 since temp was average unchanged from 2000 to 2010)? When do the "climate fighting taxes" go away? Never?
