If that's the case, then Biden should be convicted for life for attempting to assassinate a political official who is running for President.

It was actually the FBI/CIA at work. They're terrified that he'll fire and jail every single last one who took part in treasonous, anti-America behavior in the past 8 years or so, which could pretty much obliterate the whole of both agencies, and require a "reboot" of both with competent people in charge.
