She's always been pretty good looking outside of a skinny phase in her 20s. She was a super cute kid on Lizzie McGuire, got really gawky and skinny for a time either in her late teens or 20s (even her face looked long):

Should we never be allowed to recognize attractive young females even if they are in their teens? You know, 16 is the legal age of consent in many countries.

We shouldn't pretend that only girls above 18 are attractive.

I've always thought HD was nice looking. Maybe not "hot" but an attractive girl for sure.

Is it simply because of an arbitrary number set by lawmakers?

Personally, I don't comment on body parts that often but one can appreciate the anatomy of the opposte sex without condemnation... no? Afterall, no one has been harmed by it.

i always had a crush in her as a kid and thought she was super beautiful. great to see stardom didnt ruin her with drugs and bad lifestyle and not only was she able to keep her beauty but get even more frickin hot. wowawwiwa very nice!!!
