I just watched a documentary on a high level con artist, stole millions, drained many bank accounts belonging to gullible women. Once the law started catching up to him, he just returned to Israel. He did get tried for a couple of crimes, but they were against Israelis. Israel didn't seem to give a flying fuck about the more serious things he did outside the country. The story got a fair amount of run in the mainstream media, except that last part. LOL.
