I'm reminded of "The Chart" in The L Word except you would have to consider how many actresses slept with each other before or after they slept with HW. One possibility of an actress who might have slept with HW is Juno Temple. If you go to the Getty Images site, you will find many photos of Juno attending HW-related events...

I had recently read a December 2017 issue of an Italian magazine called "Tu Style" where there is an interview with Juno, and at the very end of the interview, there was this exchange and narration...
