You guys solved this yet?

Got it all figured out? Come to the prefect solution? Corrected all the wrongs? Brought everyone to justice? Good job! You can stop now. :)

reply

It's simple to solve; no graduate degree required. Proper safety precautions were neglected because people were ignorant and irresponsible, which resulted in a death and an injury.

reply

Exactly.

he pointed a gun and someone and pulled the trigger. we need to ban guns and defund the police...

reply

What's a gun with live ammo doing on a movie set anyway?

reply

I have no idea, thats just shear stupidity. real or fake, you dont point a gun at someone and pull the trigger. its ironic though that liberals are not calling for any kind of gun ban.

reply

Yeah Baldwin shot her

reply

i figured 4 pages of discussions should have taken care of it :)

I need a summary.. I have not been following this closely.

reply

Okay here is the summary...

Liberal cunt named Alec Baldwin points a loaded gun at a woman and pulls the trigger. Hammer on gun hits primer which causes powder in cartridge to explode sending the bullet out and through the woman leaving her to bleed to death.

That's the short of it. Now if you want lots of smoke and mirrors then you can listen to everyone yapping about who should have made sure it was an unloaded gun with everyone pointing their finger at somebody other than the liberal cunt being guilty.

Legally the cunt is guilty. The only open question is whether he intended to murder her or did it through negligence.

Point taken.

With the gun

Do I win ?

I have figured out that Baldwin is a hypocrite (through he's hardly alone in that) because if the scene they were filmning had been a suicide scene that required him to point the gun at himself I'm pretty sure he would have been very careful to personally inspect the gun and make sure it was a prop or not loaded. No way he would have thought "Oh well, there's several levels of safety measures the gun has to pass through before it reaches me, gun safety is someone else's job, not my responsibility."

No, he would have personally inspected the gun in that scenario, since it would have been his own life that was at risk, but clearly he cared a lot less when he was pointing the gun away from himself, putting the lives of others at risk. If you're unwilling to subject yourself to a certain risk, you're a hypocrite if you're willing to subject others to that same risk.
