Maybe they can finish the movie with another actor?

Even though it was to star Baldwin, there is a real shortage of Westerns and it's sad to see this one canceled. Maybe they can get another actor to take over the role so the movie can be completed?

It will probably still go ahead. Baldwin cowrote it and is producing, if he gets over what happened and if hes clear of any wrong he should resume

If Mel had been onboard from the start, two things would be different. 1. The people would not have been shot. 2. I would be substantially more excited about the movie.

Yes, Kevin Spacey tweeted that he would free up his calender to replace Baldwin

Still controversial, but much better than Baldwin. I assume now with Spacey's input, the movie will be more of a "Brokeback Mountain" kind of Western.
