Is he a nice person?

It's hard to believe he's a nice person with all the damage he's done to innocent victims from when he was a teenager until, well, now. There was that People magazine article around 1990 when he was at the top of his peak and Charlie admitted he was "dangerous"..and that certainly was true. The gay and hetero sex, the drugs and alcohol, the strippers and porn stars, the violent threats to others, the arrests and jail time, having sex while knowing he had HIV, the meth mouth/losing his teeth, the tiger's blood out of control behavior that led to his ouster from 2 1/2 Men.
In short, Charlie Sheen was a drug addled party boy that came from Hollywood Royalty..he had all the opportunities in the world but in the end he terrorized and victimized everyone in his path for 25+ years. If this is called being a nice person then I'd hate to find out what being a bad person truly is!

I met Charlie Sheen a few times in 1998. He was dating -or having sex with a friend of mine. That lasted as far as I remember only a few weeks.
All of us looked up to Charlie at that time. Looking back at his Filmography now I see that the late 1990s was not his best years in regards to work. But he had made it, a Bona fide movie star. He had fame, something we all wanted. It was my impression that he did not have a lot of money and he was always comped bottle service in bars and restaurants, free food etc. One time I remember he skipped out on a bill leaving a friend of mine in deep trouble. Charlie Sheen was however always flush with drugs. Coke, heroin and things I don’t even know the name of. He would drink too and could party for 3-4 days straight.
I remember him as being inclusive and the life of the party. He was also very smart and articulate. Many liked him, he had friends everywhere and remembered their names.
If one where to analyze him at that time it would reveal Charlie Sheen as a full blow sociopath. A person that was skilled enough to make people do what he wanted in order to benefit him. Without any regards for the consequences. Hollywood is a cynical place where the weak are eaten or raped of all dignity. Charlie Sheen was a master of maneuvering the rocky shores if West Hollywood.

I met him years later at the Scary Movie 3 premiere. He had cleaned up a bit and had no idea who I was.
