God are people so stupid? They are some of the fakest tits in Hollywood. Unlike lots of actresses, Salma followed the like of Demi Moore and didn't get her inflatable fun bags until after she had made enough appearances with tiny tits that no one would be dumb enough to believe that they were real... Because people with a brain know tits on a full grown woman don't just magically go up 4 cup sizes by themselves. For a normal woman to have that happen she would need to gain a shit load of weight or be pregnant then breast feed like a goddamn dairy cow. Only an idiot would think they are real. The question is were they saline, silicon or something else.

Hers are real. She liked her breasts better 10 years ago. She didn’t do anything of late. Why would she? You can start off with a C and then it goes to a D and then DD. Without doing anything.
