In USA it is 20$ and I usually tip around 6$ or 7$
My last cut was in Serbia and it only cost me 6$ but I gave a 4$ tip
Sometimes I cut it myself, just buzzcut it.
I usually go for a short, back and sides blended into a one if it's in a barber's. That usually costs me 25 Euro. It's crazy how much the prices have gone up. I remember decade ago, it would only cost you 13 euro for a haircut.
