1. Wendy's.
This chain has managed to maintain a fair level of quality, although they need to stop chasing these horrible food fads (like their latest abomination, the Ghost Pepper Ranch Chicken Sandwich). I believe their overall quality has something to do with Melinda "Wendy" Thomas, the daughter of founder Dave Thomas and namesake of the restaurant, still being involved somewhere in the organization. Once she leaves, I predict we will see a rapid nosedive in quality.
2. Burger King.
At one time BK was a welcome alternative to the slop served at McDonald's, but sadly this is no longer the case. Portion sizes are smaller, the food quality is lower and service has degraded, as the prices keep increasing. Their biggest mistake was removing the Double Whopper from the menu board and replacing it with that disgusting Texas Whopper. These places need to stop tampering with their menus and stick with what made them famous in the first place.
3. McDonald's.
Processed pig feed and bad service. And they are notorious for missing items and incorrect orders. I haven't set foot in one of those places in years.
