What do you like putting on your hot dogs?

Mustard.
A friend of mine from Chicago told me that it's unamerican to have ketchup on a hotdog 😂
It looks like most the posters on this thread have never heard you're not allowed to put ketchup on a hot dog.

Ketchup... Dirty Harry doesn't approve this, though

Chili, mustard and raw onion.
sharePlain works.
Sometimes onions, peppers, relish, cheese slice, mayo, ketchup.
I have a friend like you who considers any dog or burger with any condiments “gross.” He’s a meat and bread man.
Me, I grew up in NY, so at first it was just yellow mustard or nothing, then I tried onions and that was good for a while, then added kraut to the repertoire, then relish, and then even a touch of ketchup. That’s about as wild as I get.
Mustard may touch a hot dog, but never a hamburger.
Mayo? That’s like the Switzerland of condiments.
The only time I like mustard on a hamburger is a McDonald's burger. They use a ketchup/mustard combo that is really good.

Not to get too deep in to the politics of fast food, but I do not consider a Big Mac a “hamburger.” It is its own creation, thus subject to its own rules.
shareThe Big Mac has "special sauce" similar to Thousand Island dressing. I was referring to regular hamburger/cheeseburger or 1/4 Pounder.
shareplain, 'stard, kraut, peppers - verryyyyy occasionally, some 'sup, just for a kiddie thrill.
shareKimchi hotdogs with brown mustard are a whole new level of awesomeness!
