Yikes Middle school. I was living the dream. Volunteering at my school, instead of working. Not worried about money, or my health. I'd love to go back.

I had a five year old son, a six year old daughter and was married to the best Lady I’d ever met.

We had bought two cute houses (built in 1909 and 1911) on a hillside in Yonkers and I was busy with repairs and planting the prettiest garden in the neighborhood and working a good gig.

NOBODY’S garden got more fireflies and butterflies than mine, my kids thought it was magical out there at noon and dusk.

I was working at a pizza factory and trying to be a music producer.

Let's see....March of 2013....I believe my family had been living in CA for a year already by then, we were living in a 2-story rental house, we still had our dog, Ginger; and I was going to a community college in a town about 10 miles south of our location. Oh yeah, I'd just had my current PC custom-built and was enjoying the fun it had to offer.

Finished my AAS degree in business, sold my house, and moved from the big city to my current home in a small city about 60 miles away.
