On car towaways and repos etc.

Do you think those companies are fair? Those that take away cars if they are parked say inappropriately and demand strong fines to pay in order to get them back? Why is it considered often a strong offense and penalty to park in wrong spaces - also, anywhere in life, are there enough CORRECT parking spaces out there to park your car.

Also, in certain films we have seen people get their cars taken etc and customers seemingly complained justifiably. Or were they? Were they right? Like how in the movie "Metro" (1997) Eddie Murphy cop's car gets taken away for being parked wrongly but it was done that way because the cop was working on a hostage crisis. Or the argument in "Maniac Cop 2" (1990) (also, notice how even when he was being rudely told off, that car towing guy was SMILING AND LAUGHING THROUGHOUT even when he was called "stupid" etc).

And let's not forget the Spanish/Argentinian film "Wild Tales" (2014) and that segment "Bombita" where, mild spoilers, that man who parked his car claimed that line wasn't painted to state that its a no parking zone. And in that car towing company the staff members was like "its all your fault, pay the fine etc" and even compared him not knowing where he can or couldn't park as no excuse to avoid consequences to someone "committing murder and not knowing that its illegal" etc and not even allowing that man to speak to the boss of the company or to properly check the area and declare well yes that it was his fault perhaps. And he was often calling workers there criminals (openly!) and then tried to smash the glass of the booth with a fire extinguisher and even caused an explosion at that company. And oh well.

(By the way, in latter case, even if you haven't seen the film, do YOU think those car towing employees are basically glorified and legal CRIMINALS who unfairly take away cars and charge money - too much of, to get them back? And are their ATTITUDES ACCEPTABLE even if complaining customers may themselves have been rude? If someone compared me to a murderer who doesn't know its wrong or illegal, I'll be FURIOUS. But then, if a complaining customer told me I was a criminal, I would probably get security on them and terminate the conversation.)

ANYWAYS, what do we think, thanks.

I knew of a shady tow company that would roll toilet paper under a car then take a picture and tow it

Dont leave your property on my private property unless you are giving it to me

Car ceases to be yours once you abandoned it

These cases show up a lot on The People's Court. Most of the time the person who got towed loses. Lesson: Don't park where you are not supposed to. Pretty simple.

Have any of us in here SEEN the movie "Wild Tales" (2014)? And what do we all think about that "Bombita" episode where that guy gets his car towed but he disagrees that it was HIS OWN fault, refuses to pay what they ask of him, gets into conflict with staff members there and then sets an explosion in that area (although no one gets killed or even badly hurt in it)?

Was the customer right or wrong?

And what about that staff member who told him "if you didn't know murder was illegal..." as well as refused to allow the customer to speak to the superior or manager (the employee should've told the man "The manager is not here, but even if he was, he would tell you exactly the same...") as well as generally how the situation was handled? Or was the customer simply wrong whilst thinking incorrectly that he isn't and those workers at that towing company (whom he referred to openly as "criminals") were entitled to their position and even the exaggerated claim about "murder" etc was the correct way of making a point that this is how also the ROAD LAWS work, in Argentina or otherwise?

Cheers.
(Its a very good film by the way, "Wild Tales" (2014), I highly recommend it.)

"Pretty simple."
People especially these days ALWAYS say it and I DO respect it, but that phrase in itself has become a little too truistic (as in 'truism') as well and it explains some stuff but doesn't explain others (i.e. doesn't explain why people may do it, doesn't go in depth, doesn't compare other bad or wrongful things with it, doesn't explain the HYPE (that mind you, DOES exist among people, authoritarian hype, and sometimes based on religion and whatnot) and doesn't always indulge us as we may either want or see fit. (Maybe not a BAD thing overall, but still, personal preferences.)

Even if life in general is a collection of serious business and is meant to enforce rules in a simple way with consequences for their violation however large, medium or small.

TL:DR version (yep, as for "tl:dr", even I started to utter the magic words, to paraphrase Ewan McGregor's character from "Trainspotting" (1996) among other things) - do you AGREE with repos and vehicle towing agencies, in general, thanks, and see if you can respond please.
