Mine is From "Children of Men"

It's when Julianne Moore's character gets killed. I was not expecting one of the stars of the movie would be killed at that spot in the movie.

My first TV death trauma: Dr. David in The Flying Doctors.

I changed my mind after doing a rewatch years later, though. The character was such a whiner I was glad he died and the death scene was also laughably bad.
