Everybody should stop saying these things:
"I could care less"
"It's besides the point"
"Nucular"
Any others?

Keep in mind:
The word “media” is plural. A statement like “the media is doing it again” is wrong.
The word “none” is singular. A statement like “None are doing that” is wrong.
“Hopefully” is an adjective, as in, “We entered hopefully into the program.” It DOES NOT MEAN “I hope.” If you want to say “I hope,” then SAY “I hope.” It is only 2 syllables, much shorter than “hopefully.”
I know. This is not popular vernacular usage. The majority is almost ALWAYS wrong. It is the correct usage.
Erudition: what a concept.
Footnote: the word erudite is pronounced “er-oo-dite” and not “err-ee-oo-dite.” The uncompleted film series, Divergent, completely screwed the pooch on this one.
"We entered hopefully into the program."
Wouldn't "hopefully" be an adverb, since it modifies the word "entered"?
