No, but I work out, and I train like an animal.

Sure. In the military. They often times treated us like animals, especially in boot camp. We were physically and emotionally exhausted almost every night. Best sleep I ever got was in boot camp. Lights out at ten pm every night and I was out cold by 10:01 and sleep deeply until usually around 5am. It was such a welcome sleep that I do not remember dreaming a single time during that whole period, it was such a very deep sleep. One time we were in the barracks and an officer entered and no one said 'attention'. There were about six of us and we were then led into an adjacent room and cycled for over an hour, meaning we did a series of exercises non-stop. We were so drenched after that when we took off our thick uniforms we would squeeze out the sweat like it was water from a sponge. At the time we hated it but later realized it made all of us tougher and more disciplined.
