Light or dark?
Do you like your house/workplace all dark, gloomy and depressing with the blinds and/or curtains drawn or do you like it bright, sunny and cheerful with them open?
I'm not telling which one I like. ;)

But if there are other variables, like wind flow, like my workplace, open windows and sunlight are necessary to make it cool-ish. But I prefer it dark and gloomy, in a non depressing way.
shareI live in ‘Sunny’ Bournemouth, meaning bright (I don’t have a choice, lol).
shareIs it really sunny or are you takin' the piss?
shareIt is meant to be the sunniest place in the UK, but compared to the rest of the world.........
shareSunniest place in the UK...heatwaves in the UK are like " I can't believe it's 30 degrees (Celsius) for one day, I'm Gunna die". That's like a normal day out here in Queensland. When it gets to 40 that's when I'm like " let's pack up the tools boys" but I'm not the boss, so...
sharedark.
my apartment is always dimly lit, and same thing with my office.
i don't like bright light.
That is absolutely alien to me. I associate light/bright with healthy, happy and positive and dim/gloomy with sad, sick and negative but hey, if we were all the same.... well.... we'd all be the same.. :)
P.S. I'm not trying to say I'm "right". Those are just MY associations.
As bright and sunny as possible! I hate dark and gloomy.
sharemy basement tv room is dark. the darker the better.
shareVery light for the kitchen and laundry. Light for the lounge room. Darkish when I'm watching television.
I like my living room and kitchen light, and my bedroom dark.
