I appreciate that there's very little text-speak here. I'd rather not have to decode a post that's written with a bunch of abbreviations, although I do run into it when folks use initials for a movie or TV title. I don't always know what they're talking about.

YES! That isn't simply ungrammatical; it's just plain nonsensical. They always mean they could not care any less than they already do, but they declare the exact opposite.

It's another sign that they weren't exposed to the discipline of language.

But maybe they mean that their care level was not at minimum yet, they still could care less if they wanted to but for some reasons decided that it's low enough.
