Should marijuana be legalized in all 50 states?
I think it should, I don't like seeing people get locked up in jail just for a little bit of marijuana.

I smoke weed more than Snoop Dogg and Willie Nelson combined (okay, probably not. But my blood type is probably pure THC) I recently got a complaint made against me at my apartment complex for the weed smell. I wanted to tell my neighbors to fuck off. But, I refrained and got a smoke buddy. We'll see if it works.
With that said, duh weed should be legal.
I'm glad weed is now legal here in Canada. As well as legalizing pot, I think that they should decriminalize all drugs.
shareI don't know if I'd go that far, I don't think the US is ready for that. But the ones that don't cause anyone to be violent, like weed, sure.
shareDecriminalization isn't the same as legalization. Drugs would still be illegal, and so would selling them/making them. It would just lessen the penalties on users.
