Hagar had pipes for sure, he was really good, I just always preferred Roth as the frontman for Van Halen. Hagar was pretty cool though👍
I used to think that but after I saw Van Halen in 2012 my opinion changed drastically. Like no joke that was the worst concert I’ve ever been to.

My problem with Roth, at least when I saw him is that he just refused to sing the damn song. He would start going off script and would just start singing a bunch of random nonsense instead of the lyrics and half the time he would just stop and go “I forgot the fucking lyrics”, seriously no he didn’t, he was just trying to be funny (which he wasn’t)
