Fill the air in my car tires to the right amount using those pocket pressure gauges. Every time I check the pressure with them, it gives me very different readings. I don't trust 'em 😠

reply

I was getting a leak patched at the tire store and the owner told me some of the new cars will honk when the correct PSI is reached. Personally, I've never used a tire gauge. I've always just winged it.

reply

That would be handy. *honk* you can stop now! I eyeball it, but I know it's better to have them filled to the same pressure, so usually ask the tire place or a gas station do it.

reply

I can't drive a stick shift.

reply

I learned on one but haven't driven one for years. I'm sure I could still do it if needed.

reply

Make an omelette.

reply

Can you make scrambled eggs?

reply

I can't even pour a glass of water without it igniting into flames.

reply

Whoa, that's some water you have there.

reply

It's not the water, it's my hands. Is there such thing as a muzzle for hands?

reply

Not that I know of, but maybe you could invent one??

reply

do you live in Flint?

reply

No but that would make sense.

reply

Then I guess boiling water is out, or, you have instant boiled water :D

reply

I can't swim

reply

Well please be careful around that duck pond out back😳

reply

I have to pay them a visit.

reply

Bring some bread
It's like crack to ducks😬

reply

bread is bad from them. my wife feeds them defrosted greens peas.

reply

Damn...didn't know that!
I need to google this, feeding the ducks WonderBread was a big childhood memory, we used to love it as kids

Now I feel like a monster:/

reply

I only found out bread's bad for ducks in the past year, so don't feel bad. We used to feed them bread when I was kids too. Hey, no one knew.

reply

I looked it up...duckling malnutrition, obesity, pollution, increased populations and predator/pest attraction are side effects of bread feeding
Also, bread makes the ducks poop more which creates a breeding ground for disease
No more bread for ducks from me

Some websites suggest various fruits, grains and veggies, and I guess
that does make more sense

reply

I suspect the white bread of today is quite different from that of years ago. Heck, we did it too, as kids.

reply

Glenny😗!
Nice to see you

Yeah, we were so happy to go to the pond and waterfall to feed the ducks WonderBread and go fishing!

I learn new stuff everyday here

reply

We weren't allowed white bread, never mind Wonderbread. So when I went to my friend's house, who was allowed Wonderbread, I naturally thought it was great! It was fun to squish a whole slice down to the size of a small grape and eat it that way.

Pond and waterfall sounds wonderful to me!

reply

Shogie, nice to see you too! I've been bogged down with contractors, carpenters, plumbers, electricians, etc. and living in a construction zone for the past two and a half weeks. They finally finished today. 😁👍

reply

We never had white bread, only whole wheat. Maybe the ducks we fed weren't so bad off then!

reply

sunflower seeds are also good and cheap.

reply

Must be scary.

reply

I avoid the water.

reply

Wise.

reply

Even plan to learn? You never ever know when you might need it for yourself or others.

reply

I did take lessons about 25 years ago. It didn't work. I am not meant to swim.

reply

I can't tie a tie which is fine because most women I have known are aces at it

reply

Weird how it's basically a womans skill more than a mans skill XD

reply

I'm not 'exactly' a total idiot but I would be dead in the weeds without the Ladies in my life;)

True story

reply

I can understand that :-)

reply

I can only untie a tie.

reply

I Bet😘

reply

That is the most important :-D

reply

Throw a spiral with a football...perhaps my greatest failure as a man.

reply

That is hard, don't feel awful

reply

Changing the oil in my car.

reply

people still do this ??

reply

I used to change my own oil - it was one of those things my dad thought my sister and I should know if we're going to have our own cars. He insisted we learn to drive a stick and change a tire. I don't change oil anymore, and thankfully, never had to change a tire after his lesson.

reply

Your Dad sounds like a splendid man passing on his advice and skills

Every guy should do that

reply

He was a practical guy - and being "just a girl" was no excuse for not learning how to do it. Also, he never talked that way about my sister and me anyway. He never saw us as being less than our four brothers.
