Can you Chauvin people shut up noww?

I mean there's the video itself and the fact the death was ruled a homicide, but more nails in the coffin of your FUCKING DUMB arguments today:

"Derek Chauvin’s attorney, in questioning pulmonologist Marty Tobin, is asking whether George Floyd having had COVID-19 could effect the elasticity of Floyd’s lungs. Tobin said no. "

"A critical care doctor called as a prosecution witness in Derek Chauvin’s murder trial testified on Thursday that George Floyd died from a lack of oxygen caused by being handcuffed face down in the street with the police officer’s knee on his neck."

"Blackwell asking if any Floyd's pre-existing conditions have anything to do with his death. Tobin says "none whatsoever."

Can you not "back the blue" for once? Fucking hell.

reply

Doubtful.

reply

He's gonna walk.

reply

This is America, so yeah a cop who straight up kills someone on video will probably still get off.

reply

And illegal immigrants who shoot an innocent woman (Kate Steinle) get off as well and then we get lectured on how hateful we are to illegal immigrants

reply

Now now, that doesn't fit the narrative!

reply

Well that pos town has more than a 10% population that has been robbed or raped at some time. That means 1 or more people on the jury. They also put on his idiot white girlfriend because no black woman would have anything to do with the fool. I'm sure there is a black woman on the jury is saying that fool needs to be gone.

reply

So a doctor now can rule on a autopsy he didn't see.

reply

Yes, yes, doctors and other medical experts are all wrong, just like every major news outlet and government official that said there was no widespread election fraud. We know.

reply

Doctors that didn't perform the autopsy. But this will end in time and the officer will retire rich with his pension. The town will quit with the crime and then be a nice place to live.LOL

reply

If the news outlets (and I use that term loosely) are corrupt then yes, they're wrong.

reply

Strange his black boss never had an issue with the way the officers handled the drug addict rapist who refused to comply with police commands.

The entire incident is a travesty. If he had simply cooperated he might still be alive.

Oh well another 500 blacks just died in democrat party controlled cities of America. But that’s no ones concerns. Rrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrracisms!

reply

I disagree with the entire incident being a travesty but see it more as the culmination of circumstances creating the proverbial, "perfect storm". Floyd obviously appeared to be in a downward spiral in his life at that point. Both he and Chauvin have a checkered past, which includes violence, and were on the classic, "collision course".

What I do agree with is, that if he had simply complied, he would probably still be alive. One of the first witnesses called was an elderly black man, the first bystander, eyewitness on the scene, who kept urging him to do just that but by then, the situation was already out of control.

reply

Including this guy, a black ex-cop who actually listened to all countering information from the cross-examinations as well?

You appear to be harboring just as much bias as those you’re attempting to chastise with this post. How about waiting for the end of the trial after all of the defenses' witnesses have spoken, and after the jury, who's much privier to information than we are, makes an informed decision? Even if wanting to speculate, considering all information available right now, at most Chauvin (and nearly every individual of authority or responsibility involved) is guilty of negligence. Not racism. Not 2nd degree felony murder (i.e. murder while committing a felony). Not 3rd degree murder (i.e. murder as a byproduct of depraved actions). Even 2nd degree manslaughter (i.e. an act the perpetrator knows is potentially fatal) is difficult to argue successfully. These are what he's charged with.

In the end, it will all come down to the jury, but none of these fit the reality of the situation very well.

The more pertinent question in most bystander's minds is: if Chauvin's acquitted, will a mass of brainwashed idiots, spurred on by corrupt ideologues on TV, big corporations and the government, take to the streets again and pillage and destroy their neighbors' businesses, burn down entire city blocks and rape and kill innocent people? Since he’s the face (scapegoat?) of this, perhaps he should take the hit

Have you ever cited a real source?

reply

Yes. In this case it was a different viewpoint I wanted to offer for consideration.

Want a few quick examples of me citing sources? Sure, why not?

Twitter, by the way, isn't really a viable news source (although it could include links to some).

Twitter isn't the source, ya dink. They are quotes from people who TESTIFIED AT THE TRIAL.

reply

:) Fair enough. There is definitely value in providing opposing viewpoints, even if just opinion.

You’re asking for a democrat lemming to use critical thought and come to conclusions based on facts and evidence. Unfortunately clowns like the OP are incapable of such practice. As displayed by its posts.

reply

Good! I now know what pronoun to use when referring to the OP. It’s an “it”. Thanks! “It” suits It which is a thing. A thing cannot think rationally...is nonsensical. A thing is akin to my living room wall. Now that I think about it...my wall has more substance than “It”.

The answer to your query...A GiGANTIC YES!! It’s their nature...it’s their culture. It will turn into one nationwide block party with destruction thrown into the mix! We are at the point in this nation which has gone to hell in a hand basket, Chauvin et al, need to fall on their own swords. By pleading guilty to a lesser charge of manslaughter, and to be sentenced then quietly be turned over to the U.S. Marshalls so he can go into hiding. It’s not only his life at stake, but his family’s and the jurors!

reply

What else would they do when their Chinese communist run Democrat media/party leaders continuously incite riots by gaslighting the lemmings with misinformation.

reply

Forgive me, but I’m having a senior moment (grr! when did I become a “senior”). Anyhow the Democrat leftist lemmings, who don’t know the facts even when hit in the face with them, did their best to charge Trump with inciting a riot. You will hear a pin drop when President Harris/Biden become aware of their thugs Burning, Looting, & Murdering, because they are as quiet as church mice! No charges for inciting a riot against their White House cronies! Hells Bells! Harris is still bailing them out or her fund raising lackeys are! “Dammit! We need their votes! BTW, when is the next multi-million payout to the Black arsehole’s family?”

They are useless thugs who only exist to start another flaming riot! How much would you wager that George Floyd’s family didn’t give him a second thought when they were awarded $27 Million? Well, maybe a “Thanks George!” Truth be told they’re relieved he’s gone. Wow! Many single broodmares with many kids by different sperm donors...what’s a kid or two? They’re gangstas anyhow!

reply

It's not looking good for him.

Chauvin might have to take the stand in his own defense to explain his actions.

reply

no way he walks, it would total anarchy if he did...

reply

He will get some time served thing and retire on the million dollar pension. Then just go work at some other department.

reply

I think this has gone on so many times now that Chauvin will get significant prison time.

reply

You have to be a snowflake to believe all the stuff other snowflakes speculate.

reply

You have to be a snowflake to use that word seriously.

reply

The country will NEVER recover if he does. Lowlife will use it as an excuse for rioting and it would be rioting like we've never seen. The divide between the two "sides" would never heal and continue to grow worse.

Chief Hennepin County Medical Examiner Dr. Andrew Baker testified Friday afternoon in the trial of former Minnesota police officer Derek Chauvin in Minneapolis that heart disease and drugs were contributing factors in the death of George Floyd.

But mostly it was from crime in the forever democrap towm so bad that it took over a half a hour to get a transport van there to take him to much needed jail.

reply

NOW expert opinions count, LOL?!

Oh, and if you're going to cite someone, at least get it right, you clown:

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Heart disease, fentanyl contributed to George Floyd's death but were not main cause, medical examiner says

George Floyd's heart disease and use of fentanyl were contributing factors to his death, but they were not the direct cause, the medical examiner who performed his autopsy testified on Friday in the trial of former police officer Derek Chauvin.

"Yes, I would still classify it as homicide today," he said.

Nice to see a little balance on this usually right-wing biased website.

reply

I just hope we get to see more of his idiot white girlfriend.I wonder how many black nonsnowflake women say that fool needs to be gone

reply

What's the matter with you? Most people who worry this much about race don't have anything else going for them.

reply

That would be the entire, racist Democrat party. That's all they talk about while keeping minorities enslaved.

reply

Know the Republican by their words contradicting the truth!

reply

Yeah, except exactly opposite.

reply

Know the Republican by its lack of originality as well.

reply

If by originality you mean ruining the country like the Democrats are doing then yes, I agree.
