You're getting the timeline mixed up. The part about the Steele Dossier along with other evidence caused the FBI investigation. When Trump found out that the FBI was investigating him, he fired the FBI director (James Comey), which caused for a special prosecutor to be appointed (Robert Mueller).
An investigation isn't a coup and it's even more silly once you remember that Mike Pence would have been in charge of the removed Trump. Not a Democrat.

No. The Mueller investigation happened because he fired the FBI director for investigating him. Then he was going to have obstructed justice in the same way Nixon did during Watergate.
