1. "Violent Night" (2022) has many scenes set in snow, and one memorable scene with - admittedly - fake snow.
2. My favorite thing about snow is that it reflects the streetlights, so the sky has an orange glow and it's not really dark at night.
Where I live (Central-Europe) we only had one day of snow so far this winter, and the forecast doesn't show any more coming.

Frozen (2010): I loved this! The premise is not realistic, but the gory scenes pretty much are. 7/10
Winter’s Bone (2010): Great acting. 6/10
I watched:
"Snowman" (2017): Full of suspense, but a bit disappointing ending. 4.5/10
started "True Detective" SE01. I'll rate it when I'm through, so far it's no different than the ordinary Mindhunter / Criminal Minds kind of show. But yeah, the Alexandra Daddario scene was nice.
