I think Larson and Majors were more of a directing issue than an acting or casting issue. I liked Larson’s performance much better in Endgame than in Captain Marvel. I thought Winters was fine, but I know a lot of people didn’t like his performance in Loki. I expect when he plays different Kangs, and with a different directors, people will like him a lot more going forward, but only time will tell. He is at the start of the movie. As the movie goes on, he learns discipline, and becomes a better person. Like a lot of teenagers and young adults in real life. The African Queen was an inspiration for Jungle Cruise at Disneyland. Hence it inspiring the movie as well. It was going to happen either way. Better to make some money off the iPods than refuse to sell them and get no profit from them at all. Its not really that long. Most movies are between 90 minutes and 2 hours. Its just a little over 2 hours. Not by any means short, but not a long movie either, I wasn’t born yet when the movie came out. I checked it out in part because I’m watching the Netflix show Dead to Me, which has Christia Appelgate once again playing someone who has to deal with a sudden death. Despite her health issues, she’s aged well. Fun to go back and see her near the start of her career. Bonnie said she was surprised because he quit smoking 20 years ago, and Adam replied its because he used to smoke as much as Bonnie used to drink. As for the ending I disagree. It showed bow far Bonnie had come since the beginning of the show. Whatever happens, she’ll be okay. Earlier on she probably would have started drinking again, but she doesn’t need to anymore. Its too bad it didn’t work out, but I’m glad they figured it out sooner than later. I hope we at least get to see the two episodes they did shoot. I was looking forward to it but I would rather have no revival than a bad one. I disagree, but if you like the later episodes, that’s great. I’m in the minority of people who think Nick’s Doug isn’t as good as Disney’s. All Grown up was pretty good, but spin-offs generally aren’t very well liked compared to the original.
