The reason why most his films suck is because of Will Smith himself, seeing a movie for hours where we have to pretend that he's handsome and charming when he is neither is depressing. He doesn't come across as a humble or symphatetic, just overconfident when there's nothing to back it up, are we gonna believe he would be with these beautiful women? Maybe in real life it works but not in movies.
Yes that's it! Thanks a lot horrorfan.
yes but the film I'm talking about didn't have any of those actors, it wasn't about messages through a radio. The film begins with the main character, a science teacher rides in his car and some metal pieces fall off a roof and into his car window yet he survives.
No not that one, this was a much cheaper production.
edit: might have been a mini-series also..
The casting felt strange, the actress playing Beverly seemed like a full grown woman, and Ben was more like a child, hard to see that there would be any romantic tension between them.
"3.Why did Luke put his new light saber inside R2-D2 instead of just bringing it in himself?
It looks like you answered question 2 with question 3. Luke needed to get his lightsaber secretly into Jabba's palace and what better way than to sneak it in by hiding it in R2 and giving the droids to Jabba knowing you'll be taking them back by force when he goes to save Han and friends."
The OP is right, this was confusing back then and still is, obviously Luke got pass security easily, he could have smuggled in the lightsaber easily as security isn't that great, Leia obviously managed to bring in both a weapon and a grenade, so surely you were able to bring in anything you wanted. Luke could have just brought in the sabre, killed Rancor easily if he Went into the trap and supported by Lando maybe even save Solo by themselves?
You're right, the mini-series had its problems and flaws but is superior to this surprisingly bad movie. People are so deluded they're even talking about Academy Awards...
