A key point is that the ship was completely intact when Will Smith approached it, and the pilot was still alive, though injured. If not for the shields, then the ship would have exploded on impact like Will Smith's did, or the ones on the mothership. Most likely the ships shields caused it to bounce off the canyon wall, but the pilot complete lost control (their piloting stills were deemed "basic") and crashed into the ground, which caused his shields and ship to deactivate.
Muldoon stated the biggest reason for not running back to the bunker. They were already being hunted. He knew they were close and probably already on them. His idea was probably that if he stayed and she ran to the breakers, they would stay on him, and maybe he could kill them. Unfortunately, either he didn't know Dr. Grant's theory on how Raptors hunted, or in the heat of the moment he forgot and got sucked into their trap.
If you're seeking journalistic integrity, then cable news is not the best place to start with. MSNBC is just the lefts version of Fox News. And CNN isn't much better.
Daniel would definitely have no trouble getting dates, and possibly even remarried. He's a charming guy who knows how to make a woman laugh and is great with his kids. And now add in that he has a hit tv show, but isn't super recognizable for it yet, and probably making good money, he's going to do fine when he wants to start dating.
Whether it last or not depends on if he learned anything from his marriage falling apart or from what Miranda talked to him about when he was in disguise. If he understands that he needs to be a mature adult in a relationship and take things seriously at the right times, then he could have a long happy second marriage. If he doesn't, then all his subsequent relationships will fail much faster than his marriage to Miranda did.
Couple of possible factors.
First, she really didn't seem to like the Star Wars movies she was in for a long time. Whether that was true or not, she kind of gave off the vibe that she was too good of any actress to be in those movies, and she didn't want that to be the first thing people remember her for. If that were true, it seems like her attitude about it has changed over the past decade. Maybe having had a long successful career after SW, and having won her Oscar's made her more comfortable looking back at those movies with fond memories. Or now she has seen how much those movies mean to people and appreciates how special it was to be a part of them. And most of still receiving residual checks from movies from 20 years ago might soften your opinion on them.
Second, what would her character do? Her character died young and isn't with the Force. Maybe if they wanted to focus on her during the Clone Wars, but what would there be to tell, that the show didn't already cover?
It really seems like she had a lot of fun making the last Thor movie. Maybe she has learned that not every movie has to have a dour tone to it, and just because it's not going to win Oscar's doesn't mean it can't be well done and a success in its own right.
His plan could have still worked even if John had been killed in Harlem that morning. There wasn't a bomb by the payphone, and he didn't think there was any chance John would make it to the subway in time. So that means the bomb is going to go off where and when Simon wants it too. Then he still had Inspector Cobb's number to call and tell him about the school bomb, which sends all the police away and he still gets away with the gold.
The Fountain bomb could have been set up in no time, and he could just radio his Yankee stadium crew to leave.
Short answer: probably not.
But if you want to make it work for the sake of the movie, this was filmed in 1990, and takes place in 1995. Security and technology on ATM machines was nowhere near what it would become. The movie is trying to make the point that John is already a whiz at hacking into computers, even government ones (notice the bank was call Federal Security Bank). So instead of bogging us down with the details of how he did it (or if it was even possible) the movie asks us to trust that he figured it out.
I would say Kramer was generally well dressed, despite what we might think of his fashion sense. He was always in slacks (no jeans) and a collared, button up shirt. And even when they were just walking around or going to the diner he usually had a sports coat on.
They weren't certain that they would be destroyed in the explosion. Remember it survived the oil truck explosion in the first movie. Had they gotten away without the T-1000 in hot pursuit, they would have figured out another way to destroy it.
The one thing they may have had going in their favor would have been small town cops. The local police force would not have been experienced enough to handle such a massive crime scene, and did a sloppy job in their investigation. It would have been possible that Billy's clothes are cut off and thrown away at the hospital. And fingerprints are never taken at the scene or on the key pieces of evidence. And if the lone survivor (Billy) is telling them what happened, and that's the way it looked, then they may have just gone with the story, and had many questions.
Remember, they were easy fooled into thinking Cotton had killed Sydney's mother, and they didn't have a clue who had killed Casey and Steve.
A Nightmare on Elm Street did not have any nudity.
The original Halloween had very little. And it wasn't gratuitous. Ironically the PJ Sole scene they showed was not the shot where her breasts were shown.
The owner for not putting more money into the team, especially when they were really good for so many years and obviously had a great eye for finding talent.
The city for not helping them fund a new stadium. As much as I hate billionaire owners who hold cities hostage in order to get a new stadium built on taxpayer money, the city of Oakland should have been willing to help finance a new stadium that's worthy of a major league team. But they played cheap, and tried to call the A's bluff about leaving. And they got burned.
And the fans for not showing up when this team was really good. It's one thing for attendance to be in the dumps when the team is terrible (like this year) but even all those years when they were winning their division and making the playoffs they still barely drew anyone to games. Part of that could be attributed to the stadium, but none the less fans should show up for a good team. They didn't so they need to have a team.
I'm not sure I would consider him an anti-hero. While he is the protagonist and narrator, he doesn't possess any redeeming qualities that could make him something of a sympathetic character.
And if you went back in time to 1975 and gave him two options:
1) He makes the movie that becomes a massive hit that launches his legendary career which is approaching 50 years, but decimates the shark population.
2) He doesn't make the movie, and forever remains some obscure filmmaker that few outside of Hollywood even heard of, but Sharks remain plentiful in the oceans.
He's still taking option one, but I'm sure he makes generous to shark related charities.
I love when celebrities' virtue signal about the works that made them famous but would never give up the fame and fortune that came from them.
The psychiatrist at the end explained this. Norman became incredibly jealous of his mother when she took on a lover. The two of them had lived as if there was no one else in the world, and now she was bringing in this stranger who was going to steal her love and attention from him. And since he was already psychotic to being with, he killed them both. Then when he brought Mother back to life in his own mind, he assumed she was equally jealous of him, to the point that she would kill any woman whom he was sexually attracted to. Norman was attracted to Marion, based on him peeping on her undressing (the '98 remake went more into detail on that). So, in his own mind, since he killed Mother for having a lover, then Mother must kill this girl before she becomes Norman's lover.
Psycho IV goes more into detail on this, if you want to get into the sequels. Mother loved to elicit involuntary reactions from Norman then go ballistic on him for having them. At one-point teenage Norman and her were tickling each other and laughing, then it got to a point where Norman was on top of her, and she realized he was aroused. She started screaming and locked him in a closet for days alone with his "little toy". So there was a degree of sexual repression.
Bates Motel develops this idea even more. Any time Norman has a girlfriend, or a girl is showing interest in Norman, Mother will make a little comment that gets into Norman's head and screws it up for him. It gets to the point where it happens when Mother isn't even there, and Norman just knows what Mother would say.
It wasn't class that convinced Nixon to resign. It was to avoid the embarrassment of being the first president to be removed from office. Impeachment was inevitable, and he knew he was so toxic that enough GOP senators would have to distance themselves from him and vote for conviction. Not only does he avoid that embarrassment, but with his hand-picked successor in place, he could get pardoned from any criminal charges.

But two more things she didn't count on. First that Tracy's guys would weasel him out of prison for a few hours. Second that Tracey would go to Mumbles, whom he was able to get to spill the beans that 88 Keys framed Tracy. So as a last resort she tried to make the deal with Tracy inside the clock tower, but of course he turned it down.
"Whose side are you on?"
"The same side I'm always on... mine."
When we first meet Breathless her only goal was to get out from under the control of horrible men. With Lips dead, and Big Boy being hauled off the jail, she knew she had an opportunity. But she couldn't just go on a witness stand and testify, because either she would get killed before she even made it to court, or her career would be over. So, she tried to seduce Tracy. If he had taken the bait perhaps she would have given him little tips about what Big Boy was up too, Tracy would bust him and she would take over the club, and perhaps his other activities. Just thought of this, she may have tried to blackmail Tracy with pictures of their affair that after Big Boy was gone, he would leave her and club alone. When she leads him to the meeting of the bosses that was her way of earning his trust.
But Breathless didn't count on two things. First that Tracy was able to resist the temptation of her, and that he was truly just an honorable man trying to do his job. Second that she would fall in love with him. When they met at the pier that was her truly pleading with him to choose her, and she would help him. But Tracy wouldn't take her, but promised to protect her if she helped him. At that point she knew that even if Tracy was successful in taking down Big Boy, he wouldn't give her the club.
So now she needs Tracy out of the way, but without killing him. So she framed him, which not only got Tracy out of the way, but protected him too, and took out Big Boy's DA on the take. With Big Boy riding high on the hog and his guard down would be the perfect time to frame him for a major crime. Knowing that Big Boy would panic when he found Tess in his attic, and he was surrounded by the police he would try to blast his way out and him and all his guys would be killed. Thus, leaving an opening for her to take the Club Ritz.
He had diarrhea.
No.
