mmmm kay
Snagswolf, President Trump could cure cancer and he wouldn't get credit for it. The blind hatred for him has consumed these people. There is no point in talking to them. Its funny, in my lifetime, I have seen the tables turned. 30 years ago, the left were the righteous and the right were the crazies. Its completely reversed.
I fell asleep half way through. Ugh is right. I said to my wife "this is like a bad soap opera". Yes, Jeffery Spender WAS burned badly, but for Christ sake, we seen CSM get blown to bits and his scull on fire with no flesh or meat on it anymore. How the hell could he survive that? If he can survive that, they can bring back the Lone Gunmen, or anyone else for that matter.
I used to go on IMDB a few times a day. After they dropped the message boards, I don't go on so much. I love this message board though, and I do use the IMDB links occasionally.
I too was excited and disappointed. The folks in Hollywood need to start realizing that half of their audience don't agree with their politics. If people want to hear this same old rhetoric, they can watch any of the late night talk shows, CNN, ABC, NBC.etc..., Samantha Bee, Chelsea Handler, Noah whats-his-name, and on and on and on. I was looking forward to this show, but the only one who was remotely funny was Karen. I barely had a chuckle.
I haven't read anything about Elijah Blue recently, but I read a while ago, probably 10 years ago, that he was in a band. That's all I've ever heard about him. I came on here to see if anyone wrote anything about Greggs death. I seen an interview with him about a year or so ago. I was totally surprised what a gentleman he was. I seen the Allman brothers a couple of times in the early 70's and Gregg solo once when he was touring for his "Laid Back" album.
RIP Gregg
I actually have a couple. These are all old, so now you know how old I am.
1) The Credence Clearwater song "Bad Moon Rising", the line "There's a bad moon on the rise", My sister thought it said "There's a bathroom on the right".
2) The Eagles song "Take it to the limit", the line "Put me on the highway", my friend thought it said "Pu--y on the highway" (another name for a cat).
3) The Rascals song "grazing in the grass", the line "grazing in the grass is a gas", my sister-in-law thought it was "chicken in a basket's a gas".
I'm sure I've heard a few hundred more, just can't remember any right now.
Oh, I had to edit this to add: the whole song, Pearl Jam, Yellow Ledbetter. If you never heard the "Misheard Lyrics" version, you'll laugh for 5 minutes
It's been so long, I can't really remember. Its not that I hated it, I just think they ran out of plot. I remember it all became so Walter-centric. And he was fine. The writers just couldn't write a story without Walter being 95% of the story. I just think it just changed into a different show.
I think it had an X-file feeling for the first few seasons. That's why I started watching.
I watched the first 3 seasons on Netfix in about 2 weeks. Then I started watching on TV. I lost interest sometime in the 4th season and stopped watching.
Oh, I plan on sticking around. This is pretty nice here. Its way better than any of the other sites that popped up after IMDB ditched their forum.
I like having the link. I agree Tom8 about the jerkoff comment, but I like being able to see the cast or a filmography if I look someone or something up. It would be nice if this site had those things, but that might be a little much to ask for. I guess we're lucky to have this forum.
My wife and I haven't gone to see a movie in about 3 years. We might go see this. Its the only thing out that even remotely interests me. Reese Witherspoon is always entertaining. She's cute, and shes really a pretty good actress.
Im a MOTW fan too. The mythology is okay, but it just dragged on way to long. And every time they seemed to discover the "truth" about something, the writers would throw in another plot twist. It got old. I like when everything got settled in one, maybe two episodes.
Well, I just found this site today. It is the best IMDB replacement that I have found so far.
I seen it last night and I have to agree with you
