That might be true if it were all of the actors speaking so fast, but it's not.
Yes that's what I meant by back of the throat. Couldn't think of the term for it. I had one male professor who promised to down grade us if he had to struggle to understand us. It's amazing how quickly it goes away when there is incentive.
I don't think a clause in a contract that allows the person to commit a crime is enforceable.

That's funny, because far more often you see older people, middle-aged mostly, imitating the young. But I agree about ageism. I've seen older people, women in particular, treated as though they're invisible in stores.
