Holy crap

I watched the trailer and it makes it look even worse than the still photography did. Well, as an adaptation of Pratchett. The look is cool in and of itself, but that's it. The rest was utter garbage. The worst crime was that it wasn't funny. I couldn't get one chuckle out. Vimes' drunk stuff was close to amusing, and maybe it would have been if it wasn't a slap to Pratchett's character and novel.

But here's the thing: if you know the source material, it looks AWFUL. If you don't, would you even know (from the trailer) what the story was? Would you have a blessed clue what was going on, who the characters were, or whether it was supposed to be action...? Comedy...? What...?

Oh, how this rubbish makes my skin CRAWL.
