I bet the STDVD kings Dolph, Seagal, Van Damme would've jumped at being in this with Travolta.. hell even Bruce Willis might've even done it these days!

Yeah, the guy playing the 'star' was weak.....but I guess the casting of a a genuine action star might have upstaged Travolta?
Regardless of such, I still enjoyed this movie (especially Travolta's 'English Bobby' accent)

I'm not mocking his actual performance....it sort of made sense (juxtaposition-wise) that the 'big-action-star' was (in reality) a dour sourpuss with a backlog of hang-ups.

I sat next to Devon Sawa ( and his wife) at the Regency Village Theatre watching the The Fanatic (2019). Plenty of cast & crew there but not JT. He never smiled once – his character on film looks to be his real life persona. He was very fit.
