You know, it's not too hard to add that to a headline and to avoid spoiling things altogether.
It was not a spoiler until you watched the episode for yourself, or looked the plot up elsewhere.

I think "Logan dead" qualifies. "What an impact!" Yeah, but unfortunately not quite the same impact for anyone who happened to read your post beforehand, so yes, it is a spoiler.
Who the FUCK reads about a show they haven't seen yet? And why would you believe anything that is up for multiple interpretations in a specific way unless you already saw it and filled in with your own bias?

If someone is interested in the show, then sees it pop up on trending, it could be a reply to any of the other, older posts there, or a new post about something OTHER than what happened in the latest episode. If someone checks, they had no choice but to see your spoiler headline. And the idea that it only turns into a spoiler AFTER the affected person watches it is absurd on its face. The key point that you gave away ruins an episode that for a good portion teases the idea of whether he may somehow survive. So yes, it's unquestionably a spoiler.
