So this is the plan, eh? Haters of this show will be called racists and homophobes?

Well, I won't like this show, and I don't care what slurs you throw at me, so let 'em rip!

Not sure how we're supposed to have a conversation about a show you haven't seen and are not gonna watch, but hey on the subject of nothing, I'm not gonna try flying a plane. Hate heights, hate being responsible for human lives and the potential loss of those lives, and I hate travelling over large bodies of water. I don't think not doing so will incur any slurs, but since we're talking about stuff we're not gonna do coz we've already decided we won't like it, it seems topical.

Racist.

reply

To heights or large bodies of water? I don't think they have a race, so there's probably another word for it. Sexist?

reply

Bigoted, fat shaming and anti body positive due to your negative connotations about "large bodies", also hating heights indicates you are racist as basketballers are high and they are mostly black.

reply

I think you mean body negative. But I just hate travelling over the bodies, though, not the bodies themselves. I'm not travel-ist either, if that's a thing. I like travel, I just don't want to be the one flying. I'm not calling the ocean fat, I don't even know that I'd call it thicc. Also don't think a basketballer's height is comparable to the heights planes can reach, but hey opinions differ.

Racist.

reply

That's always the plan these days.

reply

Yes, it is consistent.

reply

Using the same plan as Star Wars... worked for them to defend their poor lazy writing/story... should also work here.

this site has to be the most hilarious site on the internet, what is the collective noun for Incels anyway?

reply

A shapiro.

Did somebody criticise a product from your favourite corporate entity? Time to whip out the old "virgin" put down to dismiss any points they have.

"The Unfuckables"?

That is the strategy these days. When your movie, TV show, whatever, doesn't work out, or is just not that good, call everyone racists, etc.

Since most of what's being made today is just recycled versions of past successes, the only "progress" being made is to cast non-whites, women, non-straight actors, etc. Which is fine, but there really should be something more achieved than just that. Something like entertainment.

It boggles my mind why they've even cast Lenny Henry. He's spent the last 30 years as a washed-up comedian (a distinctly second-rate one) whose name rarely gets mentioned unless someone is discussing the private life of Dawn French. Amazon must be desperate to employ a man who was the face of a cheap hotel brand.
