Is this better than Extraction?

No

Nah. Extraction had a more compelling plot & setting; and this film had silly music and unnecessary LGBT nonsense.

Theron’s performance was just as good as Hemsworth’s though. But in most other aspects, Extraction was a better film.

LOL Extraction kicks the shit out of this film.

Extraction was a great action movie that I was very thankful to get. On the other hand, I have tried four times to get to the end of the The Old Guard and gave up after only getting halfway through after several days.

The Old Guard started okay but ran out of gas in the middle, and it's also trying very hard to be an action movie for the "woke" crowd. Even without all that though it would still just be a middling action film. That is, at least from what I've seen, which as I mentioned is just about half the movie because I completely lost interest.
