Will he be remembered as much as Nicholson, Ledger and Hamill Jokers?

Much of what works about this character is that every actor and writer can put their interpretation on him, because of his chaotic nature, so every time he can be something unique.

reply

Yes, he will. For me, this is the best interpretation of the Joker character, but still not as iconic as Ledger's I'll give you that.

Talking about being remembered, I think Leto's Joker is maybe one of the most remembered version... as the worst. Lol.

reply

Remember as long as the media remember white people things as history. As demographics change so shall this movie be forgotten.

reply

Yes I believe he will.

Absolutely.

This is an impeccable performance. It's really something. People will keep talking about this one.

Loved to do after I saw it twice...
Come home and watch "The Killing Joke"

Its like an extension of what he became years later.
He shoots Batgirl, turning her into a parapalegic, THEN rapes her while photographing the whole thing to torture her father with!

reply

I don't see why not. It was an excellent portrayal.

Joker so tough to nail down....

Phoenix did the most heart-wrenching realistic Joker yet.
