Anyone else having trouble getting through it?
The mall scene made me stop. So cheesy and bad.
Maybe I will try again.

short attention span
shareThis movie doesn't require an attention span so much as it rewards a lack of one. Nothing happens, and the film plods along pointlessly to a meaningless conclusion. It rewards viewers of a low IQ, and punishes those who want an intelligent and coherent film.
shareoh.
shareAgreed. The story is very hard, if impossible, to follow, as if certain key scenes that are essential for actually understanding the film were accidentally cut out.
What a mess and disappointment.
I turned 15 in 1980. The opening scene that takes place in the mall was embarrassing. We needed that scene to be at about a 7 or an 8, but somehow Jenkins was channeling Spinal Tap because she had it dialed to 11. She clearly didn't experience the 80's in a meaningful way
shareNope. Was never bored at any point in the movie. The movie flew by for me. Maybe I can just handle heavy dialogue scenes better, which there was a lot of in Wonder Woman. Mainly in the first half.
shareI think you meant bad dialogue.
shareDialogue is fine, but an incoherent narrative is not. All that dialogue should add up to something understandable.
shareDo yourself a favor and just turn it off. It's not worth finishing it.

This.
It feels like a B-movie with A-cast.
No as don't have access to streaming.. but.. when/if I get it on DVD (I might not bother) I can imagine it'd probably take me about a week to get through the movie , ive had it before with these types of movies I put it on then id be falling asleep about half hour in then waking up way further on, then next night id try starting it again from about where fell asleep watch for abit and then fall asleep again wake up during end credits. or get bored and stop it. Then I have to try again the next night.. and the next ..and in the end just give up after about a week without having fully watched it (happened with Wrath of Titans, Avengers Utron, Thor Ragnarok and others can't remember.. id be pretty certain it'd happen with WW84. From what I recall WW1 was abit of a slog to get through but don't think I did the falling asleep thing for that)
shareI fell asleep about 25 minutes into the film. Tried again later that night and stayed awake until about the 72 minute mark. Woke up today and suffered through the rest of it.
shareI sat through it but it was a chore.
