Why was this made?
Everyone in Britain is more than familiar with what happened. Seems a pointless piece after the countless documentaries that already exist. This film added nothing at all to the narrative.
Subject matter aside, the acting from the lad playing John Venebles was excellent in the role. He deserves credit for it.
I wouldn't recommend to watch this though. If you want to know the real story, choose a documentary instead.
I'd give it 7/10, but personally, I don't think this should have been made.
