could/would you go back in time to prevent this movie happening?

Say you could make your mind go back a couple years 2017 ..i wonder if you could prevent Dark Phoenix from ever going ahead.. I think maybe you'd have to somehow target the director Simon Kinberg as it seems he was the major reason behind it going ahead .. you'd have to make an appointment with him and then somehow explain you are from the near future and that he must not make the movie.. explain the disastrous box office, the terrible even worse than X3/Origins/Apocalypse reviews etc.. also you'd be able to pretty much give a scene by scene explanation of it all, Hans Zimmer etc so hed know its possible you might be telling the truth

I wonder if you'd be able to do it??

While you were there you could try swinging by Camerons LightStorm office and tell him about Dark Fate (but you probably wouldn't get a meeting)

I’ve read all those reviews and a lot of the points I’ve seen are either invalid and/or not actual film criticism. A lot of them are from film pundits rather than critics who are more concerned about their personal preferences than judging films by the criteria of what they are trying to accomplish.

Are you really going to take them seriously after Joker?

well reviews aside audiences in general pretty much thought those 3 stunk (X3 as it came after the first 2 masterpieces in comparison .. and it was the same with Apocalypse coming after FC/DOFP - it was almost a Terminator 3/Alien 3 thing)

This guy has made it his mission in life to revise history and make Dark Phoenix some kind of flawed masterpiece. He's posted on other forums about it.

Well, the upcoming Deadpool/Wolverine movie has proven my point. Many reviewers claimed it was the finale of the X-Men universe (the Rotten Tomatoes consensus literally says this), despite Sebastian Stan stating that it was possible for Hugh Jackman to return as Wolverine. He said this right Disney bought 20th Century from Fox and it was widely reported on too. Here is the video:

So yeah. Some reviewers' takes weren't exactly..."legit".

It wouldn't be the first event in history I would want to change. I doubt that changing a Hollywood movie would ever make my list of things to "fix" in time

its the type of situation whereby if i found myself back in 2017 then yeh id have all the big ambitions of preventing covid etc but after abit id realise itd be futile so id end up probably flying over to LA or mayb ejust emailing Kinsburg and asking for a skype meeting (id probably do something 1st to get his attention like send him a pretty much beat for beat treatment of what i could remember of DP along with all the other stuff Zimmer etc ). also might invest in shares in a hand sanitizer company lol
