The military stuff is out of place in this film

It does not fit with the video games which is more fantasy/medieval. This army based team ruins the theme of the movie.

reply

Well, it's American made. Everything needs military in it. :P

It's lacking cats though. Another sad adaptation from game to movie sadly. And seeing how the main actor is Milla Jovovich who did the Resident Evil franchise, this is gonna be mediocre at best.

reply

Well, Milla Jovovich is the wife of the director, who is the same guy who made the Resident Evil franchise.

oh nooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo

reply

Yeap, that's what I thought when I knew Milla Jovovich was going to get married :-( WHY?

reply

She grew too old for Luc Besson, probably that's why.
Natalie Portman in Matilda is his REAL preferred age.

reply

Don't be like that. Luc Besson is into mature chicks now 😄 Sasha Luss in Anna is already in her 20s

Yeah, I've seen it. She's so damn tall tho and most of her height is on her legs, all the action scenes looked stupid especially when trying to John Wick around people on the floor. I was laughing my ass off.

reply

I have to see it yet. But yeah, chicks rarely look credible in fight scenes. In John Wick, they did a damn good job with Perkins, in the first movie. But those cases are rare.

reply

I mean, Charlize Theron is great in "Atomic Blonde" and "Old Guard" but then again I might be biased a lil bit, but just a lil bit.
