We get it, female characters can be strong:
That message was perfectly conveyed in the first two films and it didn't need to be shoved in our faces, we were smart enough to figure it out for ourselves.

shareThat's the exact problem: in movies past, there have been great female characters but they felt as if they came naturally. Nowadays, they're forced on us in every franchise and we're constantly told how great they are. The writers behind these characters obviously have massive insecurities. That's what happens when these people are raised in daycare.
Exactly and we didn't need it to be forced down our throats that Sarah was tough, she was a well written character and her actions defined her. Nowadays they have to shove it in our faces that women are tough and when we don't react well to these poorly written characters the directors blame the toxic masculinity of the fans which is preposterous on all levels. The same thing is happening with Star Wars.
shareAliens would be mocked as a feminsit SJW propoganda film if it were released today. Facts.
shareThen why do people still love Aliens today??? I have not heard one person call it feminist propoganda. If it's a fact then prove it.
shareMurphy Cooper from Interstellar was a strong female character, she was never mocked or labeled feminist propaganda, she was well received because she was well written.
shareWe get it. In fantasy land women can be manly.
shareIronically in this one they were getting their asses kicked and pretty much struggled for most of the movie until Arnold showed up. Kinda backfired here.
