This is the worst movie to have won an Oscar for Best Picture
Moonlight is 100x better than this.
shareI can’t think of a worse one of the top of my head. I just saw this a few weeks ago and haven’t been this disappointed in a movie in long time. Average movie at best - but closer to bad movie than good movie.
It has elements that speak to a certain demographic. Gives it an auto "great movie" reaction. Much like Christian movies get accolades from Christians merely for having a churchy message regardless of quality.
It was not a very good movie.
