If she wasn't then wouldn't Paul go after Craig for sleeping with his underage daughter and giving her drugs? I mean I'm aware of what the Codys have on Paul, but I'm surprised none of the characters have commented on Nikki and Craig being in a relationship...

shareThis exact thing is what bothers me the MOST about the show! I LOVE the show, but Craig being with her is just not cool...for many reasons. I can't imagine he'll stay with her for long though. It does make sense that he's doing it to keep her dad in line, I just feel sorry for J. And Craig is just too old for her, don't like it.
However, the theme of this show to me is "there is no honor among thieves" and we see that! They would kill for each other, but they lie to, cheat on and steal from each other also. I think there is nothing that Craig and Deran wouldn't do. They have no conscience or morals.
I don't think Paul did anything to Craig when he saw her in the bedroom:
- as you mentioned, the Codys have info on Paul, but admitting to the cops what happened would get themselves in trouble
- Nikki was sort of lost to Paul at this point. At 17, she may not have been easy to turn around.
- Paul was outnumbered.
