Toby is unreasonable. No amount of resenting Kevin’s wealth is going to make things better. What is Kevin supposed to spend his money on if not his family?

Beth— I totally understand her resenting her mother for being such a bitch. And she was being a bitch. First you tell Beth NOT to add the peppers to the curry. Then you criticize her for not having enough to peppers in the curry. Manipulative female power games.

To Toby it was charity and just after losing his job opportunity what Kevin was doing was making Toby feel low. Who wouldn't like free stuff? But a lot people like to work for their $.

As for Beth and her mother, neither of them were communicating and just assuming what the other one was doing.
